زنان سرپرست خانوار از جمله گروه‌های آسیب‌پذیر جامعه هستند که توجه به شرایط آن‌ها ضروری و بسیار بااهمیت است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی چالش‌ها و مشکلات زنان سرپرست خانوار بوده است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و از نوع تجربه زیسته می‌باشد. شرکت‌کنندگان پژوهش زنان سرپرست خانوار ۲۰تا۶۰ ساله مراجعه‌کننده به اداره بهزیستی و کمیته امداد شهرستان رامسر در سال ۱۴۰۱ بودند که تا اشباع نظری داده‌ها و به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد ۱۱ نفر از آن‌ها انتخاب و تحت مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. یافته‌های حاصل از کدگذاری مصاحبه‌ها نشان‌دهنده ۵ مولفه اصلی و ۲۰ مولفه فرعی بود. مولفه‌های اصلی و فرعی شامل مشکلات اقتصادی (مخارج روزمره زندگی، مخارج بهداشتی، مخارج آموزشی، مخارج تفریحی، بدهی و وام، شغل مناسب)، چالش‌های اجتماعی (پیشداوری و اَنگ‌های اجتماعی، امنیت، روابط بین فردی)، مسائل خانوادگی (تعارضات نقش، گسست ارتباطی، درگیری در میان اعضا)، مشکلات روانی (استرس، اضطراب، افسردگی، ناامیدی، خلاءهای معنوی) و مشکلات جسمی (بیماری‌ها، تغذیه نامناسب، فشارهای بدنی) بودند. با توجه به این یافته‌ها می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که زنان سرپرست خانوار با چالش‌ها و مشکلاتی در حوزه‌های مختلف مواجه هستند که لزوم رسیدگی هرچه سریع‌تر، بهتر و دقیق‌تر از سوی نهادهای مسئول را می‌طلبد. Women heads of the household are among the vulnerable groups of the society, and it is necessary and very important to pay attention to their conditions. The purpose of this research was to investigate the challenges and problems of female heads of the household. The current research is based on a qualitative approach and a type of lived experience. The participants of the research were female heads of households aged ۲۰-۶۰ who referred to the welfare department and relief committee of Ramsar city in ۱۴۰۱. ۱۱ of them were selected and subjected to a semi-structured interview until the theoretical saturation of the data. The findings of coding the interviews showed ۵ main components and ۲۰ sub-components. The main and secondary components include economic problems (daily living expenses, health expenses, educational expenses, recreational expenses, debt and loans, suitable job), social challenges (prejudice and social stigmas, security, interpersonal relationships), family issues (role conflicts, communication breakdown, conflicts among members), psychological problems (stress, anxiety, depression, despair, spiritual voids) and physical problems (diseases, improper nutrition, physical pressures). According to these findings, it can be concluded that women heads of households are facing challenges and problems in various fields, which require faster, better and more accurate handling by the responsible institutions. |
