هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش تکنولوژی در بهبود بهره وری تولید در کارخانجات صنایع تبدیلی مرکبات (مطالعه موردی درکارخانجات کشت و صنعت کوثر رامسر)می باشد. بدین منظور از داده هایی مانند مواد اولیه مصرفی و بررسی میزان ضریب تولید محصول اصلی و محصولات جانبی قبل از بهره وری و بعد از آن در فاصله سالهای ۱۳۹۵ -۱۴۰۰ استفاده می گردد . در این تحقیق مشخص می شود که مهمترین علت ناکارایی و پایین بودن بهره وری در این کارخانه ضعف تکنولوژی و افزایش بهای تمام شده محصولات تولیدی می باشد و مهمترین منشأ رشد بهره وری و بهبود راندمان تولید در این کارخانه تغییرات و ارتقای فناوری در جهت کاهش ضایعات،کاهش هزینه ها وافزایش تولید می باشد. صنایع تبدیلی مرکبات با هدف جلوگیری از هدر رفت مرکبات غیر سفره ای تاسیس شده اند تا با تغییراتی که بر روی مرکبات ورودی به کارخانه در فصل برداشت مرکبات انجام می دهند باعث جلوگیری از ضایعات بی رویه مرکبات ، ایجاد انگیزه در بین باغداران ،ایجاد ارزش افزوده برای مرکبات و همچنین خلق محصولی گردد که در فصول گرم سال کارخانجات تولید کننده آبمیوه و شربت به آن نیاز دارند. روش کار این صنایع دریافت میوه مرکبات(از قبیل پرتقال،نارنگی و نارنج ) و تبدیل آن به محصولی به نام کنسانتره مرکبات است که قابلیت ماندگاری حداقل تا ۳ سال را دارد تا در فصولی که میوه یافت نمی شود از کنسانتره یا سایر محصولات جانبی در صنایع مختلف استفاده گردد . چگونگی استحصال و ضرایب تولید و قیمت تمام شده محصولات تولیدی ارتباط مستقیمی با میزان بروز بودن ماشین آلات و تکونولوژی بکار رفته در این صنایع دارد که در این تحقیق به آن خواهیم پرداخت . با توجه به بررسی هایی که در کارخانجات صنایع تبدیلی کوثر رامسر انجام شد با ارتقای فناوری تولید در این کارخانه در طول سالهای ۹۹ لغایت ۱۴۰۱ ضایعات مواد اولیه از طریق بهسازی خط تولید به کمترین مقدار خود رسید که موجب شد بهره وری و راندمان تولید به مقدار قابل توجه ای افزایش پیدا نماید و همچنین با اضافه نمودن دستگاه ها و تغییرات در خط تولید علی الرغم افزایش تولید موجب کاهش هدر رفت انرژی ،کاهش هدر رفت محصولات جانبی ،کاهش لطمات زیست محیطی و افزایش بهره وری گردد.مهمترین دستاورد این تغییرات رونق تولید و سود دهی کارخانه بعد از گذشت ۱۳ سال می باشد(۱۳۹۸-۱۳۸۶) بطوریکه در مدت ۳ سال علاوه بر جبران زیان سنواتی گذشته شرکت به سود دهی مناسب رسید . The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of technology in improving production efficiency in citrus processing factories (a case study in the factories of Kowsar Ramsar). For this purpose, data such as the raw materials used and the evaluation of the production coefficient of the main product and side products before and after the productivity are used between ۱۳۹۵-۱۴۰۰. In this research, it is determined that the most important cause of inefficiency and low productivity in this factory is the weakness of technology and the increase in the cost of manufactured products, and the most important source of productivity growth and improvement of production efficiency in this factory is the change and improvement of technology in order to reduce waste. , reducing costs and increasing production. Citrus processing industries have been established with the aim of preventing the wastage of non-table citrus fruits, so that with the changes they make on the citrus fruits entering the factory during the citrus harvest season, they prevent excessive citrus wastes, motivate gardeners, and create added value. for citrus fruits and also to create a product that is needed by fruit juice and syrup factories in the hot seasons of the year. The working method of these industries is to receive citrus fruits (such as oranges, tangerines, and oranges) and turn them into a product called citrus concentrate, which has the ability to last for at least ۳ years. Used in different industries. How to extract and production coefficients and the cost price of manufactured products has a direct relationship with the degree of innovation of machines and technology used in these industries, which we will address in this research. According to the surveys that were conducted in the factories of Kausar Ramsar Conversion Industries, with the improvement of the production technology in this factory during the years ۱۹۹۹ to ۱۴۰۱, the waste of raw materials reached its lowest value through the improvement of the production line, which caused the productivity and efficiency of production to increase significantly, and also by adding devices and changes in the production line, despite the increase in production, it will reduce the waste of energy, reduce the waste of by-products, reduce environmental damage and increase productivity. The most important achievement of these changes is the boom in production. And the profitability of the factory is after ۱۳ years (۱۳۸۶-۱۳۹۸), so that in ۳ years, in addition to compensating the losses of the previous years, the company reached a suitable profitability. |
