این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تفاوت وضعیت روانشناختی کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی و جمعیت عمومی در شرایط همه¬گیری کووید ۱۹ به انجام رسید. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع علی مقایسه¬ای است. در این پژوهش جامعه آماری شامل دو گروه جمعیت عادی شهر رودسر و کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی شهر رودسر در سال۱۴۰۱ بودند که از هر گروه ۱۰۰ نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت سنجش وضعیت روانشناختی از مقیاس استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی (DASS-۲۱) و مقیاس تجدید نظر یافته تاثیر حوادث (IES-R) استفاده شد و پرسشنامه¬ها به صورت آنلاین تکمیل شدند. تحلیل داده¬ها با استفاده از آزمون تی مستقل و آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک راهه انجام شد. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که بین وضعیت روانشناختی کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی و جمعیت عمومی در شرایط همه¬گیری کویید ۱۹تفاوت وجود داشت (P<۰/۰۵). به این صورت که در شرایط همه¬گیری کووید ۱۹ میزان استرس، افسردگی، اضطراب و درماندگی ذهنی (P<۰/۰۵) در کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی بیشتر از جمعیت عمومی بود. بنابراین باید جهت بهبود وضعیت روانشناختی افراد به ویژه کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی در شرایط همه¬گیری کووید ۱۹ اقدامات مناسب انجام شود. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the difference between the psychological status of health and treatment center employees and the general population in the conditions of the COVID-۱۹ pandemic. The method of the present research is descriptive of comparative causal type. In this research, the statistical population included two groups of the normal population of Rodsar city and the employees of the health and treatment centers of Rodsar city in ۲۰۲۲. ۱۰۰ people from each group were selected by convenience sampling method. Stress, anxiety and depression scale (DASS-۲۱) and revised impact of incidents scale (IES-R) were used to measure the psychological state and the questionnaires were completed online. Data analysis was done using independent t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of the analysis showed that there was a difference between the psychological status of the employees of health and treatment centers and the general population in the conditions of the Covid-۱۹ epidemic (P<۰.۰۵). In this way, the level of stress, depression, anxiety and mental helplessness (P<۰.۰۵) in health and treatment center employees was higher than the general population during the Covid-۱۹ pandemic. Therefore, appropriate measures should be taken to improve the psychological condition of people, especially the employees of health and treatment centers in the conditions of the COVID-۱۹ epidemic. |
