پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین طرحواره های ناسازگار اوليه و تحلیل رفتگی آموزشی و اضطراب اجتماعی دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شهرستان رامسر انجام گرفت. جامعه آماري شامل تمامی دانش آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهرستان رامسر و شاغل به تحصیل در سال ۹۸-۱۳۹۷ بودند. تعداد جامعه شامل ۱۲۳۸ نفر بود كه از این تعداد با توجه به جدول مورگان ۲۸۸ نفر به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل سه پرسشنامه طرحواره ناسازگار اوليه یانگ و براون (۱۹۹۹)، پرسشنامه تحلیل رفتگی آموزشی برسو و همکاران (۲۰۰۷) و پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی جرابك (۱۹۹۶) بود. در این پژوهش جهت توصیف داده های جمع آوری شده از انواع شاخص های آمار توصیفی شامل میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، تدوین جداول و آمار استنباطی مثل همبستگی کانونی (بنیادی) برای آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد كه مؤلفه های متغیرهای طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و مجموعه تحلیل رفتگی آموزشی و اضطراب اجتماعی به طور معنی داری براساس همبستگی کانونی پیوند داشته اند و تغییرات متغیرهای وابسته توسط طرحواره های ناسازگار قابل تبیین است(۰۱/P۰). همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان داد که های طرحواره های ناسازگار قادر به پیش بینی خستگی آموزشی، بدبینی آموزشی، ناکارآمدی آموزشی و اضطراب اجتماعی بودند و جهت رابطه مثبت است (۰۵/۰sig). با مثبت بودن این روابط می توان فهمید طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه نقش مهمی در بروز سایر متغیرها دارد. بنابراین مدیران سازمان آموزش و پرورش و دست اندرکاران حوزه تعلیم و تربیت می توانند از این نتایج استفاده کرده و در جهت بهبود وضعیت روانشناختی دانش آموزان با مشاوره مستمر با دانش آموزان، از فشارها کاسته و عملکرد تحصیلی و اجتماعی دانش آموزان بهبود یابد که در نهایت منجر به کمک به جامعه می شود. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between maladaptive schemas and educational burnout and social anxiety in secondary school students in Ramsar city. The statistical population included all high school girl students of Ramsar high school who were educated in the year ۱۳۹۷-۱۹۸۸ and included ۴ people from which ۲۸۸ people were selected by multistage cluster sampling according to Morgan table. . Data gathering tools included three early maladaptive schema questionnaires by Yang and Brown (۱۹۹۹), educational burnout questionnaire by Breso et al (۲۰۰۷) and Jerabek social anxiety questionnaire (۱۹۹۶). This study describes the data collected from a variety of statistical indices including descriptive statistics including mean, standard deviation, and formulation of tables. In the inferential statistics section, the focal correlation model was used to test the research hypotheses.The results showed that the variables of early maladaptive schemas and educational burnout and social anxiety sets were significantly correlated with focal correlations and the dependent variables could be explained by maladaptive schemas(p<۰/۰۱). The results of regression analysis also showed that the components of maladaptive schemas were able to predict educational fatigue, educational cynicism and educational inefficiency and social anxiety and were positively correlated(sig<۰/۰۵). With being positive of these relationships, we can understand that early maladaptive schemas play an important role in the occurrence of other variables. Therefore, the directors of the Education Organization and people who are related to this field can use these results and improve the psychological status of students through continuous consultation with students in order to reduce their pressures and improve students' academic and social performance To help the community. |
