سد سازي يك بخش مهم و حياتي از داستان تمدن انسان را تشكيل مي دهد و بي ترديد ساختن مخازن ذخيره آب يكي از ابتدايي ترين پروژه هاي ملت ها و اقوام بوده است. در جوامعي كه كشاورزي بخش اساسي اقتصاد و حرفه آنها را تشكيل مي‌‌داده است وجود سدها، توسعه منابع آب و نيز تخريب شدن آنها يا خشكسالي ها از عوامل اصلي توسعه يا افول مباني رشد و قدرت آن جامعه بوده است. باتوجه به نياز روزافزون به آب آشاميدني و كشاورزي و افزايش شديد جمعيت، مسأله مهار آبهاي سطحي و زيرزميني اهميت بسزايي پيدا نموده است مهارو کنترول نشت آب در سازه های آبی مختلف از جمله پی سدها و سازه های زیر زمینی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. از مهمترین روش های آب بندی پی می توان به احداث جدار آب بند انعطاف پذیر از جنس بتن پلاستیک اشاره نمود که با رشد تکنولوژی ساخت این دیوار ها استفاده از آنها روز افزون شده است بتن پلاستیک بتنی با مقاومت کمتر از بتن معمولی اما با شکل پذیری بیشتر از بتن معمولی است. در ساخت دیوار آب بند به منظور کاهش نفوذ پذیری دیوار از بنتونیت استفاده می شود و در صورتی که مقاومت دیوار پایین باشد سیمان به مخلوط مصالح و بنتونیت اضافه می شود. طرح سد مخزنی پلرود یکی از طرح های بزرگ تامین آب استان میباشد که به منظور کنترول نشت آب در پی سد از دیوار آب بند بتن پلاستیک استفاده شده است در این پژوهش سعی شد تا اثر پزولان متاکائولن با در صد های نسبی ۵ ،۱۰، ۱۵ درصد به جای سیمان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که با اضافه کردن متاکائولن به جای سیمان تا ۱۵ درصد وزنی سبب افزایش مقاومت فشاری، مدول الاستیسیته و اسلامپ میشود ونفوذپذیری کاهش مییابد. Dam forms a vital section of the human civilization history. The water reservoir building was the primary project which had done by primitive people. Existing barriers was momentous for the society which was dependent on agriculture; this structures affected society economically, and it provided more job opportunity. Communities were more strong than others if they had more water sources for drinking and agriculture. Since more demand for water for agriculture need and substantial increasing people population, people are encouraged to gain more benefits from current water and rivers as well as underground waters. One of the most efficency way to approach this way is creating dams. Unfortunately, if this kind of structure isn't made correctly, it will cause irrecoverable damage to the surrounding. Owning to the fact that controlling the leakage of water and improving the permeability characteristic of the materials which are implemented is very vital for structure engineerings. One of the most essential approaches to sealing foundation is creating a cut of wall which is pliable and made of plastic concrete. By progressing technology, this material is very demanded. Also, this kind of concrete has less strength than the ordinary one but has more formability than other types of concrete. Decreasing permeability, the amount of bentonite is added to concrete, and increasing concrete strength, amount of cement is used. It is noticeable that in Polrood dam, which is one of the most significant projects due to providing fresh water for the eastern cities of the guilan province, the cut of wall is made of plastic concrete. In the present study, it is tried to examine the effects of metacaolen with the different volume such as ۵,۱۰, ۱۵ percent instead of cement. The obtained results have shown that by adding this element, strength and elasticity module have increased and slamp but permeability have dcrease. |
