هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش واسطه¬ای دشواری تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین جو عاطفی خانواده با اعتیاد به اینترنت و سازگاری اجتماعی است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش شناسی، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل دانش آموزان پایه پنجم و ششم ابتدایی شهر رامسر بود که در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۱-۱۴۰۰مشغول به تحصیل بودند. از این جامعه ۲۰۰ نفر روش نمونه¬گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع¬آوری داده¬ها از پرسشنامه سازگاری بل (BAI) و پرسشنامه اعتياد به اينترنت (IAT) و پرسشنامه جو عاطفی خانواده و پرسشنامه دشواری در تنظیم هیجانی (DERS) استفاده شد. آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش به روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) انجام شد. نرم افزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر SPSS۲۲ و Lisrel بود. نتایج Kشان داد مدل علّی پیشنهادی با داده¬های پژوهش برازش مناسبی دارد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که جو عاطفی خانواده بر اعتیاد به اینترنت اثر مستقیم و از طرفی جو عاطفی خانواده بر سازگاری اجتماعی اثر مستقیم دارد (۰۵/۰P<). همچنین یافته¬ها نشان داد دشواری تنظیم هیجان بر اعتیاد به اینترنت اثر مستقیم و دشواری تنظیم هیجان بر سازگاری اجتماعی هم اثر مستقیم دارد (۰۵/۰P<). نتایج روشن کرد جو عاطفی خانواده از طریق تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر اعتیاد به اینترنت اثر غیر مستقیم و جو عاطفی خانواده از طریق تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر سازگاری اجتماعی اثر غیر مستقیم دارد (۰۵/۰P<). می¬توان نتیجه گرفت ایجاد جو عاطفی مناسب در خانواده¬ها با تنظیم هیجانی بهتر کودکان همراه است و بنابراین از بروز اعتیاد به اینترنت در دانش¬آموزان پیشگیری کرده و با سازگاری اجتماعی در آنان مرتبط است. The purpose of the present study is to determine the role of change variables in the relationship between the emotional atmosphere of the family using the Internet and social adaptation. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of methodology. The statistical population in this research included all fifth and sixth grade students of Ramsar city who were busy studying in the academic year of ۲۰۰۱-۲۰۰۱. From this community, ۲۰۰ people were selected by sampling method. To collect data, social adjustment questionnaire (DSA), Internet addiction questionnaire (IAT), family emotional atmosphere questionnaire (BIH) and problem in emotional regulation questionnaire (DERS) are used. Research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling (SEM). The software used in this research was SPSS۲۲ and Lisrel. The results showed that the proposed causal model has a good fit with the research data. Research studies showed that the emotional atmosphere of the family has a direct effect on Internet use, and on the other hand, the emotional atmosphere of the family has a direct effect on social adjustment (P<۰.۰۵). Also, the findings showed that emotion regulation on the Internet has a direct effect and a change in emotion regulation has a direct effect on adaptation (P<۰.۰۵). The results revealed that the family's emotional climate has an indirect effect on Internet use through the cognitive regulation of emotions, and the family's emotional climate has an indirect effect on social adjustment through the cognitive regulation of emotions (P<۰.۰۵). The result of creating a suitable emotional atmosphere in families is associated with better emotional regulation of children, and therefore I can use the internet in students and it is related to their social adaptation. |
