| چکيده: |
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل استقلال مرز هوایی بر توسعه صنعت گردشگری (مورد مطالعه: شهرستان رامسر)بود. روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر استراتژی آمیخته(ترکیبی از پژوهش کیفی و کمّی) است. در روش کیفی: از مصاحبه های دلفی و با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و در روش کمّی: از ماتریس معادلات ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد. پژوهش با هدف کاربردی به صورت مقطعی در بازه زمانی فروردین تا شهریور ۱۴۰۱ انجام یافت. مشارکت کنندگان (جامعه آماری)در بخش کیفی: پژوهشگران و اساتید دانشگاهی متخصص در حوزهی گردشگری، به روش نمونهگیری قضاوتی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری جهت شناسایی معیارها و گزینه های سنجش توسعه صنعت گردشگری درشهرستان رامسر با مرزبندی هوایی صورت گرفت. سپس در پرسشنامه ساخته شده از خبرگان تقاضا شد تا روابط بین گزینه ها را مشخص نمایند. و نهایتاً نتایج با استفاده از نرم افزار اکسل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که مدل مورد نظر از ۶ سطح تشکیل می گردد. که در سطح ششم قانون اساسی -راهبردها و سیاست ها موجود در سطح ششم تاثیرگذارترین شاخص می‌باشد که به صورت مستقیم بر روی معیارهای سطح بالاتر تاثیر می‌گذارد. معیارهای حمل و نقل ، حمایت بخش های دولتی و خصوصی ، بازارهای سنتی ، بقعه های مذهبی و دسترسی به سکونت گاه های انسانی، که در سطح اول قرار دارند به عنوان تاثیرپذیرترین سطح مشخص شده‌اند. نتیجه گیری: به مدیران و سیاستگذاران گردشگری توصیه میگردد که بر اساس تاثیرگذاری و تاثیر پذیر معیارها و گزینه ها این پژوهش که حاصل نظرسنجی خبرگان در مرزبندی هوایی و توسعه صنعت گردشگری رامسر می باشد در ایجاد قوانین و مقررات و سیاست ها ، امینت و زیرساخت های مختلف جهت اجرا و بکارگیری نتایج ، کوشا باشند. Purpose: The purpose of the current research was to identify and rank the factors of air border independence on the development of the tourism industry (case study: Ramsar city). Methodology: The current research is a mixed strategy (combination of qualitative and quantitative research). In the qualitative method: Delphi interviews were used using semi-structured interviews, and in the quantitative method: the matrix of interpretive structural equations was used. The research was conducted cross-sectionally between April and September ۱۴۰۱ with an applied purpose. Participants (statistical community) in the qualitative part: researchers and university professors specializing in the field of tourism, using judgmental sampling method until reaching theoretical saturation to identify the criteria and options for measuring the development of the tourism industry in Ramsar city with aerial demarcation. Then, experts were asked to specify the relationships between the options in the questionnaire. And finally, the results were analyzed using Excel software. Findings: The results of the research showed that the intended model consists of ۶ levels. At the sixth level of the constitution, the strategies and policies at the sixth level are the most influential indicators that directly affect the higher-level criteria. Transportation criteria, support of public and private sectors, traditional markets, religious monuments and access to human settlements, which are in the first level, have been identified as the most influential level. Conclusion: It is recommended to tourism managers and policymakers that based on the effectiveness and effectiveness of the criteria and options of this research, which is the result of a survey of experts in aerial demarcation and the development of Ramsar tourism industry, in creating laws and regulations and policies, safety and infrastructure Be diligent in different ways to implement and apply the results. |
