پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه علّی بین سوءاستفاده عاطفی و جسمی والدین با اضطراب اجتماعی افراد و بررسی نقش میانجی طرحواره محرومیت¬هیجانی انجام شده است. طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری مطالعه حاضر شامل تمامی بانوان بین ۲۰ تا ۴۰ سال بود که در سال ۱۴۰۱، ساکن شهر کرج بودند. ۲۵۰ نفر از این جامعه به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از پرﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ترومای دوران کودکی (CTQ)، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺿﻄﺮاب اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ (SAQ) و خرده مقیاس محرومیت¬هیجانی در ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻃﺮﺣﻮاره¬ یانگ (YSQ) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷد. سپس داده‌ها توسط آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و روش مدل معادلات ساختاری، با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS۲۵ و Smart PLS۳ مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، هر دو متغیر سوء¬استفاده جسمی و عاطفی والدین و محرومیت¬هیجانی، بر اضطراب اجتماعی افراد، تأثیر مثبت و مستقیم دارد (۰۵/۰P). سوء¬استفاده جسمی والدین از طریق نقش میانجی محرومیت¬هیجانی بر اضطراب اجتماعی اثر غیرمستقیم دارد (۰۵/۰P) ولی سوء¬استفاده عاطفی والدین از طریق نقش میانجی محرومیت¬هیجانی بر اضطراب اجتماعی اثر غیرمستقیم ندارد (۰۵/۰P). بنابراین انتظار می¬رود که این نتایج برای مشاوران سازمان آموزش و پرورش، روانشناسان و مشاورانی که در این حوزه کار می¬کنند، و همچنین برای پیشگیری از آسیب¬ها و مشکلات کودکان (بزرگسالان آینده) و کمک به آنها برای حل تعارض¬ها در محیط تحصیل، کار و خانواده مفید واقع شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه علّی بین سوءاستفاده عاطفی و جسمی والدین با اضطراب اجتماعی افراد و بررسی نقش میانجی طرحواره محرومیت¬هیجانی انجام شده است. طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری مطالعه حاضر شامل تمامی بانوان بین ۲۰ تا ۴۰ سال بود که در سال ۱۴۰۱، ساکن شهر کرج بودند. ۲۵۰ نفر از این جامعه به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از پرﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ترومای دوران کودکی (CTQ)، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺿﻄﺮاب اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ (SAQ) و خرده مقیاس محرومیت¬هیجانی در ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻃﺮﺣﻮاره¬ یانگ (YSQ) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷد. سپس داده‌ها توسط آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و روش مدل معادلات ساختاری، با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS۲۵ و Smart PLS۳ مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، هر دو متغیر سوء¬استفاده جسمی و عاطفی والدین و محرومیت¬هیجانی، بر اضطراب اجتماعی افراد، تأثیر مثبت و مستقیم دارد (۰۵/۰P). سوء¬استفاده جسمی والدین از طریق نقش میانجی محرومیت¬هیجانی بر اضطراب اجتماعی اثر غیرمستقیم دارد (۰۵/۰P) ولی سوء¬استفاده عاطفی والدین از طریق نقش میانجی محرومیت¬هیجانی بر اضطراب اجتماعی اثر غیرمستقیم ندارد (۰۵/۰P). بنابراین انتظار می¬رود که این نتایج برای مشاوران سازمان آموزش و پرورش، روانشناسان و مشاورانی که در این حوزه کار می¬کنند، و همچنین برای پیشگیری از آسیب¬ها و مشکلات کودکان (بزرگسالان آینده) و کمک به آنها برای حل تعارض¬ها در محیط تحصیل، کار و خانواده مفید واقع شود. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the causal relationship between emotional and physical abuse of parents and social anxiety of individuals and investigating the mediating role of the schema of emotional deprivation. The design of the present research was a correlational description. The statistical population of the current study included all women between ۲۰ and ۴۰ years old who lived in Karaj city in ۱۴۰۱. ۲۵۰ people from this community were selected by available sampling method. To collect information in this research, the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ), Social Anxiety Questionnaire (SAQ) and Emotional Deprivation subscale in the Young Schema Questionnaire (YSQ) were used. Then the data was analyzed by Pearson correlation test and structural equation model method, using SPSS۲۵ and Smart PLS۳ software. Based on the results of the research, both variables of parental physical and emotional abuse and emotional deprivation have a positive and direct effect on people's social anxiety (P۰.۰۵). Parental physical abuse has an indirect effect on social anxiety through the mediating role of emotional deprivation (P۰.۰۵), but parental emotional abuse has no indirect effect on social anxiety through the mediating role of emotional deprivation (P۰.۰۵). Therefore, it is expected that these results will be useful for educational organization consultants, psychologists and consultants who work in this field, as well as for preventing injuries and problems of children (future adults) and helping them to solve conflicts.
