این پژوهش با بررسی روش های تامین منابع مالی شهرداریها در توسعه عمران شهری انجام شد. طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش را مدیران ارشد شهرداری رامسر شامل مدیرعاملین سازمان¬های زیرمجموعه شهرداری و معاونین اداری و مالی، خدمات شهری و برنامه ریزی شهرداری رامسر و خبرگان مالی که با موضوع منابع درآمدی، بودجه نویسی و با فرآیند منابع درآمدی شهرداری آشنا می¬باشند تشکیل دادند. تعداد نمونه ۲۰۰ نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس در نظر گرفته شد که به همین تعداد پرسشنامه جهت پاسخ¬گویی توزیع و جمع آوری گردید. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه¬های استاندارد بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده¬ها با روش¬های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS۲۲ و Smart PLS۳ انجام گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات جمع آوری شده از پرسشنامه¬های پژوهش نشان داد که منابع مالی ناپایدار شهرداری در توسعه عمران شهرداری تاثیر دارد و هم چنین منابع مالی پایدار شهرداری در توسعه عمران شهرداری تاثیر دارد. This research was conducted by examining the methods of providing financial resources of municipalities in urban development. The design of the current research is descriptive of the correlation type. The statistical population in this research is the senior managers of Ramsar municipality, including the managing directors of the municipal organizations and the administrative and financial assistants, city services and planning of Ramsar municipality, and financial experts who are familiar with the issue of revenue sources, budget writing and the process of municipal revenue sources. to be formed The sample number of ۲۰۰ people was considered by available sampling method, and the same number of questionnaires were distributed and collected. The research tools included standard questionnaires. Data analysis was done with descriptive and inferential statistical methods and structural equation model using SPSS۲۲ and Smart PLS۳ software. The analysis of the information collected from the research questionnaires showed that the unstable financial resources of the municipality have an effect on the development of the municipality's construction and also the stable financial resources of the municipality have an effect on the development of the municipality's construction. |
